These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mind Messiahs mobile application (the “App”), provided by Mind Messiahs LLP (“Mind Messiahs”, “we”, “us”). By registering for or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Membership
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Registration is an application for membership. Mind Messiahs may approve or decline any application at its discretion. Login details are sent by email once your application is approved.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Change your temporary password after your first login.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
3. User Content
“User Content” means anything you post or share in the App, including profile information, photos, gallery images, business details, connection details and messages.
- You keep ownership of your User Content. You give Mind Messiahs a non-exclusive licence to host, display and share it with other members, only to operate the App and its services.
- You confirm that you have the right to share your User Content, including permission from any third party whose details you submit in a connection.
4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behaviour
Mind Messiahs has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, upload or send content that:
- is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
- is sexually explicit, obscene, violent or otherwise offensive;
- is false, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent;
- is spam or unsolicited advertising unrelated to genuine business networking;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- contains malware or tries to interfere with the App.
Reporting and blocking: you can report objectionable content or members, and block members, from within the App. We review every report and act within 24 hours, including by removing the content and suspending or removing the member responsible.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- collect or misuse other members’ personal information, or use it for anything other than genuine business networking;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your business;
- attempt to access other accounts or our systems without permission.
6. Connections, Events and Business Dealings
- Connections (referrals) between members are business introductions. Mind Messiahs does not guarantee any business outcome and is not a party to transactions between members or with third parties.
- Event registrations are subject to availability. Any event or membership fees are payable as communicated by Mind Messiahs and are not processed within the App.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you breach these Terms or your membership ends. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, the Mind Messiahs name and logo, and all content provided by Mind Messiahs are owned by Mind Messiahs LLP. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Messiahs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from interactions or business dealings between members.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
